Gentle
Care

Cultivating healing, wholeness, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

There are seasons in life that ask something different of us.

Not more discipline.

Not more productivity.

Not another book, podcast, or morning routine.

Sometimes what we need most is to slow down.

To grieve. To rest. To reconnect with our bodies.

To remember what we already know. To trust ourselves again.

Gentle Care was born from that understanding. Over the past seven years, I've studied and practiced a variety of holistic healing modalities. But it wasn't until I experienced grief, burnout, heartbreak, life transitions, and, most recently, a transformative season in Bali that I realized something: the practices weren't changing my life because they made me a different person — they were helping me return to who I already was.

"

That's what Gentle Care is. Not a course. Not therapy. Not another program to complete. It's a place to practice caring for yourself in community.

A Different Kind of Wellness Experience

Most of us were taught how to succeed. Few of us were taught how to care for ourselves.

We learn how to work hard. How to show up for everyone else. How to keep pushing. But very few of us are taught how to regulate our nervous systems, process grief, communicate healthy boundaries, reconnect with our bodies, or create practices that sustain us through every season of life.

Gentle Care is a space to learn those practices. Over twelve weeks, we'll gather live on Zoom in an intimate group of 4–6 participants to explore holistic wellness through education, embodiment, reflection, coaching, and community. Every week combines practical learning with experiential practice so you don't simply understand wellness — you begin living it.

Presence: Breath & Mindfulness
Learning to slow down and come home to yourself.
+

Everything begins with presence. We'll establish the foundation for our journey by cultivating awareness through mindful breathing, meditation, and gentle movement. Rather than rushing into change, we'll begin by noticing what is already here.

Self-Study & Self-Compassion
Understanding yourself with curiosity instead of criticism.

Healing begins with self-awareness. Through Human Design, astrology, journaling, and coaching, we'll explore your natural patterns, strengths, relationships, and decision-making style — not to place you in a box, but to develop greater compassion for yourself.

Stress doesn't only live in the mind. This week we'll learn practical tools to regulate the nervous system through somatic movement, breath, and body awareness so we can move through life with greater resilience and ease.

Grief is part of being human. Whether you've experienced the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life transition, unmet expectations, or simply the quiet grief that comes with becoming someone new, this week creates space to acknowledge what you've carried. Together we'll explore healthy ways to process emotions rather than suppress or avoid them.

One of the greatest lessons I've learned is that healing isn't only about giving — it also requires receiving. This week is dedicated to slowing down, replenishing your energy, and practicing rest as something you deserve rather than something you earn.

Healing & Wholeness for All
Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Naomi.

I'm the founder of Healthy+Well, where our mission is simple: Healing and Wholeness for All. For nearly seven years, I've had the privilege of guiding people through yoga classes, retreats, wellness workshops, healing circles, and educational experiences.

Along the way, I've studied yoga, health coaching, Reiki, sound healing, trauma-informed facilitation, Human Design, astrology, mindfulness, and a variety of holistic healing practices. But somewhere along the way, wellness stopped being something I simply taught. It became something I depended on.

Through grief, heartbreak, burnout, uncertainty, and life's many transitions, these practices became companions. They helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, process emotions, deepen my relationship with God, and remember who I was beneath everything life had asked me to carry.

Over time I realized something that changed everything: the goal isn't to avoid life's hardest seasons. The goal is to have practices that can hold you through them.

Gentle Care is a reflection of that journey. Not because I have all the answers. But because I've experienced the quiet transformation that happens when we consistently return to practices that remind us of who we are.

It would be an honor to practice alongside you. 🤍
